・Purpose of receiving consulting
What is your purpose for consulting? What kind of problems, issues, or concerns do you want to solve or eliminate in your business?
You want to solve the problems you are currently facing, you want to take on new business challenges, you want support and advice on human resource management and training, and you want tips to improve the motivation of employees and managers. This makes consulting easier.
Example: I want to expand overseas, but I'm worried about whether it will go well and need support.
I have developed a new product, but it is not selling well. I am not sure if there is a problem with the product or a problem with the sales force, so I would like some advice.
・ About dreams, goals, and rival companies that you want to beat
If you have a dream similar to your image, a specific numerical target, or a rival company that you want to beat the competition, please write it down.
