Some managers give fully affection to subordinates in the organization, and some employees are eagerly working in service spirits. However, in the large organization, detailed rules and system are considered more important rather than management's affection or employee's service spirits.
In family management, it is important that management takes care of every employee, and give fully affection to everyone. Managers talk about their dreams in front of the employees. Employees who are impressed by management's care and affection, will work positively to realize the dream. Even there were no detailed rules or regulations in the organization, the employees will work voluntarily.
If management does not take care of employees nor give affection to them, employees will not work as the management expected.
The reason some small organization work well even they have no detailed rules or systems is because their management's attention and affection to each employee. Manager's affection and employees' service spirits hold the company.
