April 2023 10th: I'm not the only one who's worried

When you're worried, when you're in pain, when you think it's hard, take a deep breath and look around. You're not alone in your worries. There are many people in the world, and they have many problems. Some people have simple problems, and others have much more complex and difficult problems than you. You're not alone in your worries. I am sure there are many people out there who have the same problem as you.

April 2023 10th: I'm not the only one who's worried

We all tend to think that our problems are serious and that other people's problems are minor. Some people keep having troubles that can be solved with a little change in their behavior and never solve their troubles because they don't change their behavior. Some people get angry when you tell them how to solve their problems. Some people have a lot of worries one after another and brag to everyone about how many worries they have.
What is the problem?
Do humans like to worry? Life is boring if you say you don't have any worries.
Worry may be a little spice of life. Too much spice is a bit painful, but the right amount of spice makes life more flavorful.
My problem may actually be something that can be easily solved. If you know how someone who had a similar problem solved it, it might be easier for me to solve my problem. But I'm lost in a maze that I can't find a solution to, and I'm wandering here and there.
It's painful and hard when you're worried. Sometimes I wonder, "Why am I the only one who suffers like this?" But let's think about it. I'm not the only one with this problem.
Worry can be a pain in life, but it can also be a pleasure. If you suffer with your worries, you will have a painful life. But if you treat your troubles as the pleasures of life, you may have a happy life.
If you look around you, you will find many people who are suffering. Are they tormented by troubles? Or do you enjoy your troubles? Some of you may find people who are enjoying their troubles and solving them well.
When you're worried, when you're in pain, when you think it's hard, take a deep breath and look around. Maybe you can find some hints to help you deal with your troubles.
