April 2023 11th: The importance of being by side

In business, too, being there is important. In order to make customers feel good about themselves, it is important to make them feel secure that they will always be there for them. If there is no sense of security, the customer's heart will go somewhere. Customers will run away if you are not there when you want them.
If your customers open up about their problems and come to you for advice, that's proof that you're trusted. Be empathetic and listen to what your customers have to say, and be close to them. You don't necessarily have to try to solve the customer's troubles or give advice. As a business man, let's just sympathize with the customer's worries and sympathize with them.
Stay by your side without saying anything. Stay close to your customers and support them emotionally. Be the person you can count on by staying by your side and listening.
It is no exaggeration to say that just being by your side is the secret of business. The purpose of sales is to be close to the customer, and to continue to stay close to the customer. Being close to our customers at all times leads to business success.
