Goals that are easily achievable are not fun. If your goals are too low, you won't feel excited or challenged. Anyway, let's set a goal so high that you think, "Isn't it a bit impossible?" If we can clear that goal, we may be able to see a slightly different world. If you set such an exciting goal, it's easy to feel like you're going to do your best.
The key to setting goals is whether or not they excite you. Too low and you won't get excited, too high and you'll lose your spirit. When setting goals, it is better to think about whether the goal is too high or whether it can be achieved, but whether it excites you or not.

Goals are set to motivate people and motivate teamwork in an organization. It is putting the cart before the horse if goal setting seems to make people lose their motivation.
