April 2023 7th: Studying after starting work is more important than studying as a student

After becoming a member of society, there are people who say, "I should have studied more when I was a student." It's true that there are many things you should learn and know at work when you become a member of society, but you will be so busy that you don't have much time to study. It's no wonder you wish you had studied more when you were a student. However, when you were a student, you hadn't decided what kind of job you would do in the future, and you didn't know what kind of study would be useful for me as a member of society. For many people, studying when they start working is more important than studying when they are in school.

Rather, it is no exaggeration to say that studying after starting to work is the real difference between winning and losing in life.
The gap between those who stopped studying at all after becoming a member of society and those who continue to study is widening.
Those who continue to study what they should learn and know at work, those who reflect on the day after work and review what they have learned, and those who prepare for tomorrow's work will be trusted in the workplace, and will be easy to be evaluated as "people who can do their job very well".
On the other hand, those who do not try to study what they should learn or know at work, and those who neglect self-reflection, preparation, and review, are not trusted in the workplace and are categorized as the guys who don't learn their job.
Only after you start working, you can realize, "Well, learning these things will help me in my work." What you didn't think was important when you were a student, you start to realize that it's important when you start working.
Study when you become a member of society. When you have finished your work for the day, study for even 30 minutes. Let's start with reflection of today, review and preparation for tomorrow. If possible, make a habit of studying every day.
It's also a good idea to challenge yourself to learn a language or acquire a qualification. But if you can, focus on what you can do to improve yourself in your current job. The world is divided into those who continue to learn even after becoming a working adult and those who stop learning. If you want to take your work to the next level, be a constant learner.
