February 2023 12th issue: Find out what you can do, think about the best way and put it into practice

Don't you stop complaining about the current situation and take action? Aren't you doing what you can because you just blame others or the environment? Complaining or blaming others or the environment will not make the situation better. If nothing is done, the situation may get worse and worse. Observe the current situation. Then find out what you can do, think about the best plan, and put it into practice.

February 2023 12th issue: Find out what you can do, think about the best way and put it into practice

If you complain all the time, your collaborators will decrease. No one wants to cooperate with someone who complains all the time. If you keep blaming others or the environment, people around you will hate you. Complaining about other people and the environment doesn't mean they will adapt to you. When management is difficult, you will want to grumble and complain. When things go badly, it can be tempting to blame others or circumstances. However, if you complain and complain all the time, the situation will get worse and business opportunities will be lost.
If you have time to complain, observe your surroundings. If you observe, you should be able to see something. You may find a business opportunity somewhere, or you may find a hint to get out of a difficult situation.
Think about what you can do in your current situation. Try to find out if there's anything you can do right now, if there's anything you haven't noticed, or if there's something you can do but haven't done. Managers should always make it a habit to look for "things that can be done but haven't done".
Once you've found a few things you can do, think about the best of them. Then practice those best practices. Don't panic even if you don't get results right away, just keep working hard. If you can steadily move forward while others are complaining, you will be able to make a difference to your rivals.
