Those in power often come up with a worldview that suits them and try to impose it on people. And they themselves believe in that worldview and try to strengthen it. People who can't go against the authorities just accept that worldview without criticizing it, even if they're aware of the mistakes and flaws in that worldview. However, the world view created for the convenience of those in power will eventually collapse. The worldview of those in power and their collapse have a great impact on people.

What do you do when the powerful person you serve is proudly talking about a worldview that suits him/her or is wrong?
Would you sternly say to the person in power that "your worldview is wrong" or "what you are saying is a lie"?
If the person in power is "a person of character who has an ear to listen," it may be worth mentioning. However, if the person in power does not listen, and rather excludes subordinates who deny his/her own view of the world, you may be excluded.
Should you, on the other hand, say to those in power, ``What you say is wonderful,'' or, ``There is no one smarter than you''?
He/she in power will be pleased with your flattery, and you may find yourself in a position of honor.
But will you always be safe as a subordinate on the side of a powerful person who enjoys flattery and shuns criticism?
A world view that was created for the convenience of those in power will eventually collapse. The collapse of the world view by those in power has a great impact on the people around them. When the worldview of those in power collapses, you, your subordinate, will not be at peace.
It is not a good idea for those who are on the side of those in power to deny the world view of those in power. This is because people in power are often not people of character enough to listen to negative opinions about them.
But on the other hand, just praising those in power isn't good in the long run either. This is because when the world view of those in power collapses, it can have a huge negative impact on those around them as well.
Aides to those in power must always be strategic, thoughtful, and careful in their words and actions. You have to read carefully what kind of psychological situation the person in power is in. However, this does not mean that you should not give harsh opinions to those in power. At the same time, it is also important to take measures in advance so that the damage will not become large when the worldview of those in power collapses.
