October 2023 7th: Don't try to change other people's thoughts or actions

Avoid trying to change other people's thoughts or actions. It takes a lot of effort to change the thoughts and actions of others. Criticizing other people's thoughts and actions can cause trouble and worsen relationships. If you try to change someone else's thoughts or actions too persistently, the other person may see you as an enemy. Rather than trying to change other people's thoughts and actions, take advantage of them.

October 2023 7th: Don't try to change other people's thoughts or actions

Many of the problems in human relationships in the world begin with attempts to change the thoughts and actions of others. No one likes having their thoughts and actions interfered with by others. It's easy to dislike people who interfere with your thoughts and actions. However, people tend to like complaining about other people's thoughts and actions. They don't want to being told about themselves, but they want to talk about others. Many people have problems like this.
If you don't want to cause more problems in your relationships, don't try to change other people's thoughts or actions. In order to maintain good interpersonal relationships, it is best to leave other people's thoughts and actions as they are, and avoid interfering with them too much if possible.
Information is profitable. Observe other people's thoughts and actions carefully. Then think about why they think the way they do and act the way they do. Then think about how you can take advantage of their thoughts and actions.
For business to succeed, it is important to take advantage of people's thoughts and actions. If you can take advantage of people's thoughts and actions, your business will be more successful.
If you can't stand other people's thoughts or actions, and you really want to change their thoughts or actions, try guiding them with benefits or charm. In some cases, it may be better to urge the person to take action by saying the exact opposite of what you want to induce. Rather than just following what others say, people may want to adopt the opposite way of thinking or acting. Maybe if you say the opposite of what you think, things will move in the direction you want later on.
Another method is to encourage "awareness'" using roundabout analogies. This is also effective if the person you are talking to is someone who has some knowledge and wisdom. However, even if you give a roundabout analogy to someone who is not very intuitive, they will not change their thinking or behavior as expected.
If you really don't like what others think or do, just walk away quietly. It's better to walk away quietly than to feel bad about someone's thoughts and actions that you don't like.
In any case, stop wasting your energy trying to change other people's thoughts and actions.
