In order to improve company performance and productivity, it is important for all employees to concentrate on their core work. It is important for managers to create an environment in which employees can concentrate on their core work without worrying too much or having their time taken up by chores.

Let's improve our business manual. Create a work manual that is easy to read, understand, and efficient, and reduces the chances of mistakes. Improve the quality of your business manual while verifying actual operations. Aim to create manuals that will help your employees do high-quality work more quickly. By having a complete work manual, your employees will feel less anxious and will be able to concentrate on their core business.
Let's clarify business goals and points to be managed. If goals remain unclear and what management says changes all the time, employees become anxious. If employees who always try to please their bosses are given high priority, they will start to think that ``whoever says wins,'' and ``I'll get better promotions by trying to please my boss than by working seriously.'' If employees focus on pleasing their bosses and lose focus on their core business, the company's performance as a whole will not improve.
Managers are also human beings, so what they say may change. However, business goals and management points should not change all the time. Clearly state your business goals and management points. It may be a good idea to write it down on a piece of paper and post it where all employees can see it.
A company's performance greatly changes depending on how well its employees can concentrate on their core work. Creating a situation where employees can concentrate more on their core work is the key to improving corporate performance.
