Develop a routine that will improve your results. Create a situation where you can perform at your best by having a routine before and after work. Morning routine is especially important. Your productivity for the day will vary greatly depending on what you do in the 1-2 hours after you wake up in the morning. Even in the workplace, pre- and post-work routines have a significant impact on overall productivity in the workplace. Managers should try to instill good routines in the workplace that will improve results.

September 2023 5th: Do a routine that improves your results

A routine is a procedure or sequence, and is a series of programmed tasks. Generally speaking, a routine is a way of daily working, a habit or a traditional process that you always do before or after doing a certain thing.
First, review your own habits. What do you do in the first 1-2 hours after you wake up in the morning? Are you trying to increase your own motivation and productivity?
Also, what do you do in the 1-2 hours before going to bed? Are you healing the fatigue of the day and replenishing your vitality for tomorrow? Do you write down the lessons of the day so that you can reflect on your mistakes and use what you discovered and learned for a better tomorrow? Are you clearing your mind about unfinished homework, things you want to research, or things you need to prepare for in the future? Are you managing the stress and frustration that accumulates at work? Your tomorrow will be very different depending on your bedtime routine. If you want to achieve greater results tomorrow, make sure to do a good routine before bed that will increase your results tomorrow.
Your pre- and post-work routines have a huge impact on your company's overall performance. Employers need to know what their employees' routines are before and after work, and how those routines impact company operations.
It is not good for managers to decide the routine by themselves and unilaterally impose it on their subordinates. However, if you leave your subordinates to do their own routines, the company will become less cohesive and the overall productivity of the workplace will likely decline. Managers should work on creating better routines while understanding the situation in the workplace and consulting with their subordinates. Then, establish a good routine that will increase your results.
Pay attention to your current workplace routine. What kind of routine do employees follow before starting work, during a short wait, right before important work, and after work? And does that routine help them improve their results at work?
Workplace routines should not only enhance workplace performance, but also be easily accepted by subordinates. Rather than forcing things, let's talk carefully and try to spread good routines in the workplace.
