April 10, 2024: Customer feedback is more important than management's preferences

If you're not sure what to write about on your homepage, start by collecting customer feedback. Gather customer feedback and evaluations about your products and services and post them on your website. For people who are about to buy a product, the opinions of people who have actually purchased the product are more helpful than the reasoning of the seller. When it comes to information posted on a website, customer feedback is more important than the management's preferences.

Many visitors to a homepage do not immediately purchase a product or service just by looking at it, but rather wonder whether they should buy the product or service. If possible, it would be a good idea to include information on your homepage to help you decide whether or not to purchase your product or service.
In addition to detailed information about products and services, one way to provide judgment material is to include the management's commitment or the thoughts of the product or service provider. However, that is just the seller's opinion. What visitors want is the "feelings of the buyer," and whether or not the person who actually purchased the product thought it was "good to buy."
Opinions and impressions from customers who have already purchased the product are said to be the most effective way to decide whether to purchase a product or service. Opinions and advice from buyers can be very helpful for those who are thinking of purchasing a product or service. This is because they will evaluate your products and services from the same perspective as you.
"Customer testimonials" are the most effective information to post on product/service pages and as "judgment material" to provide to customers. It's fine to include the management's preferences, but the voice of the customer is more important than that. If you want to increase the purchase rate of your products and services, collect customer feedback as actively as possible and post it on your homepage.
There may be some reviews that have low ratings or do not recommend purchasing. As a business owner, you may not want to post negative customer reviews on your website. However, unless it is a misunderstanding or malice, it is better to post it as is without hiding it. Hiding the fact that your product or service is poorly rated is like fooling your customers. Rather than hide negative reviews, stop selling the product or service as is.
Whenever you receive negative customer reviews, work on improving your products and services. There must be a reason why the reviews are low. Use customer reviews to improve your products and services to increase your competitiveness.
Stop posting false high rating reviews. On the Internet, some people are paid to write reviews with higher ratings than they actually are. If you write a highly rated review, it is true that sales of your product or service may increase temporarily. However, it is easy for people who have actually purchased the product to become dissatisfied with the product, and if it is discovered that they have written a false review, it can lead to a loss of trust. If you're going to pay someone to write a false review, it's better to make steady efforts to improve your reputation.
