April 6, 2024: Create an environment where subordinates and people around them feel comfortable expressing their correct opinions.

Create an environment where your subordinates and those around you can freely express their correct opinions. In companies where management is not going well, the workplace often creates an atmosphere where it is difficult to express correct opinions without realizing it. Management is basically the cause of the atmosphere where it is difficult to express correct opinions. In a workplace where it is easy to express correct opinions, even if a manager makes a wrong decision, it is easier to come up with a correct proposal.

April 6, 2024: Create an environment where subordinates and people around them feel comfortable expressing their correct opinions.

For managers, people who give "correct opinions" are valuable. Managers must value people who give them correct opinions. A manager must create an environment in which it is easy for his subordinates and people around him to express their correct opinions.
If a manager is someone who expresses their likes and dislikes and makes decisions based on preconceived notions without really listening to what other people have to say, the people around them will not give correct opinions to the manager. You will only talk about things that make managers happy, and you will avoid saying things that managers don't like. When you talk to management about something, the information is already biased.
If managers only listen to opinions that suit their preferences, management will be in jeopardy. Even if a manager does not like the opinion, if it is a valid opinion, the manager should actively listen to it. This is because it is important to hear the right opinions in order to make the right business decisions.
Don't give preferential treatment to people who express your favorite opinions. Preferential treatment should be given to those who give "correct opinions." Managers should actively encourage the people around them to express their "correct opinions." And be willing to listen to people's opinions, even if they don't suit your tastes, as long as they are valid.
Let's create a work environment where it is easy to express the correct opinions. However, this does not mean creating an atmosphere in which people can freely express their opinions. Managers don't have to listen to all the selfish opinions of their subordinates and people around them, and they shouldn't waste their time like that. What managers need is "correct opinion." We should create an atmosphere where people can freely express their opinions as long as they are "correct opinions." Gather positive feedback from people. Let's have a place to have a debate. Let's create a system that allows for objective and multifaceted evaluation. Let's award the person who gave the "correct opinion". If you can create an environment where your subordinates and people around you want to actively express their correct opinions, your management will be much better. This makes it easier to make correct management decisions, and even if managers make a wrong decision, it becomes easier to correct it quickly.
