July 2024 Part 4: Think about "what should be done" instead of "who is at fault"

When business is not going well or trouble occurs, people often tend to think, "Who is to blame?" They search for a culprit and try to pin the blame on that person. When trouble occurs, if you just search for a culprit and shift the blame, your business will decline. Instead of "who is to blame," try to think, "What should we do?" Rather than searching for a culprit, you can improve your business by thinking of improvement plans.

July 2024 Part 4: Think about "what should be done" instead of "who is at fault"

Troubles are inevitable in business. Even businessmen who seem successful and shining now have experienced various failures, troubles, and setbacks in the past.
If, when you experience failure, trouble, or setbacks, you only think about who is to blame and try to shift the blame onto others, success will become more distant.
In order to succeed, it is important to think about what you can learn from your failures, troubles, and setbacks, and what you can change.
When you experience failure, trouble, or setbacks, think about "what can I do?" By continually asking yourself "what can I do?", you can stop looking for culprits and assigning responsibility, and get into the habit of thinking about improvements and reforms.
People who succeed in business are good at making improvements and reforms. In addition, many of them are good listeners, listening carefully to suggestions and opinions from others. Continuing to think about "what to do" without shifting the responsibility to others will pave the way to business success.
