Home --- Topics --- July 2024 Part 6: Get your customers to put it into words
Get your customers to "put it into words." What do they want and expect? How do they feel about you? What do they think of your customer service, your proposals, and your deliverables? How did they feel overall? Would they want to place an order with you again? By getting your customers to "put it into words," you can quantify how they think of you and get hints for improving your service.
If you don't ask anything, you won't get any answers and your customers will leave. It is very important to know whether your customers are satisfied or dissatisfied with your services and products overall.
Gathering information to improve your services is essential, especially if you want to increase sales and gain an advantage in the market.
Let your customers put it into words.
Did you meet their needs?
Was your overall impression good? If not, what could be improved?
What did they think of the customer service attitude, the suggestions made, and the products and services provided?
Would they like to order from you again next time?
By getting customers to "speak" their opinions, you can understand our current situation. In order to get hints for improving your services, it is important to first get customers to "speak" their opinions.
