November 2024 Part 2: Countries where "if you work, you lose" will decline, while countries where workers are rewarded will thrive.

A country where workers are not rewarded will decline. In a country where work is not rewarded and everyone thinks "working is losing," people will stop working. People who want to work and earn money will go overseas. Even people who work hard will lose their motivation to work if they are never rewarded. In order to develop a nation, we need to make it a country where work is rewarded so that the workers who support the nation will work with enthusiasm. Specifically, we need to eliminate systems that make people think "working is losing" and increase systems that make people think "working is rewarding."

November 2024 Part 2: Countries where "if you work, you lose" will decline, while countries where workers are rewarded will thrive.

The willingness of people to work determines the future of a nation. A country with many people willing to work will develop. On the other hand, if many people lose the will to work, the country will decline.
It may not be an exaggeration to say that the rise and fall of a nation depends on the motivation of the workers who work there.
If you want to develop a country, it is important to create a system that increases people's motivation to work. Specifically, we need to eliminate systems that make people think, "If you work, you lose," and increase systems that make people think, "If you work, you'll be rewarded."
The same can be said about corporate management. A manager who worries that his employees are not working hard is incompetent. This is because he has not created a system that makes employees want to work hard.
Countries that believe that "working is losing" will decline. Similarly, companies that believe that "working is losing" will decline.
Countries that reward their workers thrive. Similarly, companies that reward their workers thrive.
Let's create a system that rewards workers. Let's introduce a system that makes people want to work more. Let's review the current system and eliminate the system that makes people feel like "if you work, you lose."
If employees feel that the more they work, the more they are rewarded, they will be more motivated to work hard. The first step is to review the organizational structure and systems.
