October 2024 Part 4: Money grudges are scary

Financial resentment is a scary thing. Financial resentment can cause internal conflicts within the company, lead to the company being slandered and its reputation dropping, or cause customers to dislike the company and stop doing business with it. A small financial resentment can lead to a company going bankrupt. Managers can never be too careful to prevent customers, business partners, and employees from holding financial resentments. Managers must continue to make improvements and ingenuity to prevent the people around them from holding even the slightest financial resentment.

October 2024 Part 4: Money grudges are scary

People are very sensitive about money when it comes to themselves, but tend to be indifferent when it comes to other people's money. Many people are so preoccupied with their own affairs that they don't really think about how other people feel.
However, it is not good for a manager to not consider the feelings of others. In particular, being insensitive about money is not a good managerial skill.
Money grudges are scary. If a business partner holds a grudge over money, you may receive a major backlash in your business dealings. If an employee holds a grudge over money, you may be betrayed one day. Conflicts within a company are often caused by money grudges. Someone who holds a grudge over money may leave the company and continue to make slanderous remarks on social media.
Management has to be very careful to ensure that people don't resent money.
If you know someone who is dissatisfied or resentful about money, try to find out the cause and work to improve or devise a solution. It is also important to take preventive measures to prevent money-related resentment from arising in the future.
If you ignore people's financial grudges, the company will go under. In order to keep the company running smoothly, managers should be sensitive to the financial grudges others have. Always listen humbly to what others have to say, and be careful not to overlook any dangerous signs.
