It is no exaggeration to say that the key to business success is to follow your customers and provide them with what they want. But be careful. The customer is not always right.

Listen to your customers. Value what your customers have to say. There are many hidden hints for business success in what your customers say.
Pay attention to what our customers say. Don't let them sway you. They can often lead us in the wrong direction.
In some cases, you may need to ignore what your customers say because if you listened to everything they said, your business wouldn't move forward.
There may be hints hidden in customer testimonials that will lead you to great success. However, on the other hand, if you are too influenced by customer testimonials, you may be further away from success. It is important to listen to customer testimonials. But the final decision is yours.
Don't assume you're always right, so actively listen to your customers, but at the same time, remember that your customers aren't always right.
