Get to know your customers. Knowing your customers well will be a great help to your business. Observe your customers closely and try to guess their feelings. What are they interested in? What are they struggling with? What do they like? What do they dislike? What are they worried about? And what information do they trust? By knowing your customers, you can get great hints for making your business successful.
What are your customers interested in? What keywords do they respond to? Knowing what your customers are interested in is an important step in advancing your business. First, find out what they are interested in.
It is very important to know what the customer is struggling with. It is a good idea to ask directly, "Is there anything you are struggling with?" However, some people do not confide their worries or problems to people they are not very close to. Even if someone says, "I'm not struggling with anything," there is probably something troubling them. Try to guess what the customer is struggling with by having a relaxed and open conversation.
Be sure to know your customers' likes and dislikes. If possible, it's a good idea to get a deeper understanding of the reasons for their likes and dislikes. Knowing your customers' likes and dislikes and the reasons for them will be a great help when proposing products or services to them.
Find out what your customers are worried about. If you leave their worries unaddressed, it could damage your relationship. Try to understand your customers' worries and anxieties as early as possible and resolve them properly.
Find out what information your customers trust. If you make a sale based on information they are skeptical of, it will be difficult for them to be convinced. In order to move your customers' hearts, it is effective to proceed with your sales talk based on information they trust.
