March 2025 Part 2: A simple way to turn around a difficult situation

Life doesn't always go as we want it to. Sometimes we get into a lot of trouble and don't know what to do. You may want to run away from a difficult situation. But wait a minute. If you could change a difficult situation in an instant, wouldn't you want to try it?
The easiest way to change a difficult situation is to change yourself. It is difficult to get others to change. Complaining or getting angry at others will cause conflict. In some cases, it may even make the problem worse. Before trying to change the people or environment around you, change yourself first.
Let's play by different rules than we've played before. Let's try to do things that we didn't want to do before. Let's listen to the voices of others that we've ignored before. By simply changing your thoughts and actions, you'll be surprised at how many difficult situations you can solve. By changing yourself, the environment around you will also change.
The easiest way to change a difficult situation is to change yourself. Just knowing this will help the situation change.
