Managers should value free thinking. Listen widely to the opinions of those around you. Listen to opinions that conflict with your own. Ask many people. If you continue your business with the same way of thinking as before, you may reach a dead end in the future. If you stay on the same path as your previous business, you may not be able to achieve business success. In times of rapid change, managers are required to act with free thinking.

Let's value free thinking. Let's not be confined to the way we think, let's break free from our own fixed ideas and carve out a new path.
It is said that we live in an age of rapid change. Businesses that were once successful are rapidly losing steam. On the other hand, new businesses are suddenly popular and experiencing great development. It is said that change will continue to accelerate in the future, so managers will have to value free thinking more and more.
Let's embrace new ways of thinking. Let's value creative people. Let's change our perspective and our actions so that we can stay ahead of the times.
On the other hand, it is also dangerous to jump into new things without thinking. When starting something new, not only should you minimize costs, but you should also clearly define the conditions for withdrawal in case of failure.
Value people with creative ideas. Managers should not force their ideas on their subordinates, but rather actively listen to their ideas. In order to avoid becoming an outdated company, we should create a corporate culture that values free thinking.
