September 2025: Don't underestimate others

Managers must be extremely careful not to underestimate others. Underestimating others not only means missing out on important information, but it can also lead to costly mistakes. In order to avoid missing clues to business success and to prevent major mistakes, it is important for managers to respect the opinions of others and never underestimate them.

September 2025: Don't underestimate others

Managers who underestimate others will fail.
If managers underestimate their subordinates, they will only scold them and forget to praise them. Subordinates who are constantly scolded will become timid and will be less able to demonstrate their abilities. If subordinates are unable to demonstrate their abilities, the performance of the entire organization will decline.
If a company underestimates its rivals, managers will not pay attention to their rivals' movements and will neglect their efforts to compete in the market. Before they know it, the underestimated rival will leave them behind in the market and take away their market share.
If you underestimate your customers, you will not pay attention to small changes in their behavior and will end up treating them poorly. Customers who are treated poorly will eventually leave and go to other companies.
If you underestimate your family and the people around you, your relationships with them will likely deteriorate. If your relationships deteriorate, you will be more likely to have trouble every day and your time will be taken away from work.
And most importantly, if you underestimate others, you will stop receiving information from them.
Underestimating others makes bad things more likely to happen.
Managers must value information. It is important not to underestimate people and to listen intently to what they have to say. Many excellent managers never underestimate others and excel at the "ability to listen."
