November 2026: When managers become self-serving, internal conflicts arise.

Internal conflicts within organizations stem from the strong self-interest of the management. When the management's mindset changes, the people within the organization are highly sensitive to that change. And in response to that change, the behavior of the people within the organization also changes. The organization is like a mirror reflecting the mind of the management. Internal conflicts within organizations arise because the management's self-interest has grown stronger. The strength of the management's self-interest is what creates conflict and disputes within the organization.

November 2026: When managers become self-serving, internal conflicts arise.

Business leaders should take a good look at their own mindset. This is especially true when internal conflicts arise, people blame each other, and the organization is not functioning properly.
If the management is selfish, then each member of the organization is likely to become selfish as well. It is difficult for a group of selfish people to work together effectively as a team. If all members of an organization become selfish, internal conflicts will arise, and the organization will not function properly.
For an organization to function effectively, it's essential for leaders to first examine their own mindset. Are leaders themselves becoming selfish? Have they made it a habit to criticize and slander those who aren't present? Have they made it a habit to blame others for problems?
Let's change our own mindset. Let's refrain from selfish words and actions. And let's humbly listen to the voices of others. Let's think about what we can do for the happiness of others.
When the mindset of the leader changes, the organization changes. The organization is a mirror reflecting the mindset of the leader. If the leader is humble, sincere, and dedicated to the entire organization, people will also begin to work for the entire organization. When an organization is not functioning well, or when internal conflicts are rampant, before attempting to reform the organization, focus on reforming the leader's own mindset.
