Road to World Peace --- Human Rights

Human Rights

Human rights are rights that humans are born with. Human rights are given to all people when they are born. However, in many cases, people live under the constraints of the environment in which they were born and raised. Human rights are not necessarily protected equally for all human beings. However, if human rights are unfairly restricted by the state or society, it is a big problem. Human rights should be protected as long as necessary. Unfair restrictions on human rights must be eliminated as much as possible.

Human Rights

Definitions and criteria for human rights are determined by the state and society to which the person belongs. States and societies define what human rights are recognized, or determine the extent to which people's human rights are recognized on specific issues.
Not only do nations and societies determine the scope of human rights and make judgments on an individual basis, but in some cases human rights can be restricted or even deprived. Human rights are restricted or deprived in order to protect the order of the nation and society, and to maintain and develop the nation and society. For example, when a large-scale disaster occurs, when an epidemic occurs and spreads, when a riot or war breaks out, etc., when it is necessary to control the situation, human rights are restricted by declaring a state of emergency.
Unrestricted recognition of human rights could make the state and society unsustainable. Even in times of peace, human rights are limited to some extent. Rather, human rights are greatly restricted in a stable and peaceful era. People are required to live within restricted human rights so as not to disturb the climate of the nation and society.
Some people renounce their human rights themselves. By adoring and supporting an authoritarian and authoritarian leader, they surrender their rights to him. Some people have rights but do not exercise them. Through ignorance, or knowingly not exercising their rights, they lose their human rights. By taking advantage of people's ignorance and reluctance to act, state and social authorities sometimes impose various cumbersome procedures and restrictions on the exercise of rights so that people cannot actually exercise their rights. In this way, people gradually lose their human rights.
Human rights must be restricted to some extent in order to maintain social order. Restrictions on human rights may also be necessary for the development of society. Restrictions on human rights can lead to drastic reforms, and unrestricted recognition of human rights can lead to disorder in society, leading to the decline of society itself.
The state sometimes criticizes foreign countries for neglecting human rights. In some cases, human rights issues can trigger exchanges of criticism between nations, leading to clashes, economic sanctions, and conflicts. Interfering in the domestic affairs of another country is interference in internal affairs. However, it is never a good thing to say nothing to a nation that has serious human rights problems because it interferes in their internal affairs. It is not good from the viewpoint of world peace to be quiet to a country that severely restricts human rights. This is because your own country could be seen as agreeing to severely restrict human rights.
Some states exaggerate or invent human rights issues and use them as material to criticize because they want to attack a particular country. Human rights issues are easy to appeal to people's psychology, so it is easy to use them as justifications for attacking other countries.
It is an outrageous evil to incite confrontation and conflict, even though it is to protect human rights. There are many liars in the world who flaunt human rights. Liars who brandish human rights often try to incite people to act. Acting on them could change society for the worse.
When one country criticizes and denounces another country as "a bad country that does not protect human rights," we must observe carefully. Let's observe from various viewpoints, not only whether the criticism is correct. Whether the state is trying to profit from criticizing other countries, whether it has launched aggression against foreign countries as a means of camouflaging domestic problems, whether the state itself adequately protects human rights, or otherwise Even though there is a terrible country that does not protect human rights, it seems that they are not criticizing it because they are close to it, but rather exaggerating the human rights problems of the country with which they are in conflict. If you look at it from different perspectives, you may find something surprising.
Who will protect human rights? It is up to you to protect your own rights. We must protect our own human rights. The state and society may create systems to protect human rights, but even if nothing is done, the state and society will not necessarily protect individual human rights. Education is the key to protecting human rights. Above all, it is important to learn well what the essence of human rights is, how human rights can be lost, and how human rights can be protected.
If we misunderstand the essence of human rights and act emotionally, there is a risk that human rights will not be protected in the nation or society. We intend to work to protect human rights, but instead we deprive people of their human rights and become a hindrance to world peace. Such things are not uncommon.
People need to know the essence of human rights and cultivate wisdom to protect human rights, so that the nation and society will not unfairly restrict human rights.

Benevolence and Virtuousness

Why is it that there are so many conflicts in the world that it is difficult for the world to move toward peace? Isn't it a major cause of conflict in the world that people are self-centered and easily harbor jealousy, hatred, and resentment? In order not to create a cause for conflict, it is first necessary to change the minds of self-centered people. It is very important to get rid of bad feelings, have a heart of benevolence that sympathizes with people, and have a heart of virtue, which is the power of character that makes people admire them, in order to eliminate conflicts.

Peace of Mind

The world will not be peaceful if people are plagued by anxiety and fear. In order for the world to live in peace, it is necessary for people to be able to spend their days peacefully and calmly, free from anxiety and fear. Peace of mind is also important for social stability. It is very important and valuable that many people can live their daily lives peacefully and peacefully. To achieve peace of mind, we must eliminate the causes of anxiety and fear.

Education for Peace

In order to realize and maintain peace, it is important to educate for peace. In order to realize world peace, it is important not only to receive education for peace, but also to disseminate that education. Education for peace needs to be not only easy to understand, but also more effective and easier to implement, and at the same time easier to buy into and disseminate. An education that provokes resistance from the people, or that creates conflicts when it fails to gain approval, is far from peace.

Developmental Disabilities and How to Deal with Them

People who do not adapt well to society may drop out, or may harbor a grudge against society and engage in destructive behavior. Maybe it's a developmental disability. Developmental disorders can make it difficult for people to communicate well with those around them, and they may suffer from each other. Left unchecked, communication can lead to rifts, conflicts, and even serious conflicts in relationships. Maybe we need to understand more about developmental disorders and know how to respond appropriately.

Ideological Struggles

Ideology is a collection of conceptual ideas based on political and economic systems. Ideologies are ideals and fantasies separated from reality, and are therefore seen as strong beliefs at the same time. For those who strongly believe in an idea, people who disagree with it are often seen as enemies. Therefore, it is said that ideology gives birth to conflict and causes war and social unrest. The problem is that having an ideology as a belief tends to develop into an aggressive mentality that tries to exclude others.

Views on Religion

Religion refers to doctrines centered on beliefs and rituals in some sacred and absolute things. Religions sometimes have a strong influence on people's minds, and as a result, in some cases, people who believe in religions behave abnormally socially, and conflicts between religions intensify, leading to wars. Religion can help or hinder world peace. If possible, I would like religion to work on people's hearts so that it can help world peace rather than stir up conflicts.

Prayer

Prayer means making a request to the gods. If all the people in the world wished for world peace and prayed to the gods and buddhas, perhaps world peace could soon be realized. If there are no exclusive people who want to attack others immediately, and more people who face the gods and buddhas with honesty and straightly and devote their hearts to prayers, conflicts and confrontations may decrease. If having a heart of prayer has the power to change the world, then by all means many people should have a heart of prayer.

Discrimination and its Essence

Discrimination is a distinction, and it refers to making a difference in service and treatment. People get what they do. There will be good rewards for those who do good, and bad rewards for those who do bad. It may be natural to discriminate between those who have done good deeds and those who have done bad deeds. However, sometimes people are treated unreasonably and receive unfair discrimination. In such a case, people tend to resent discrimination itself and hate the person who discriminated against them. Discrimination causes resentment and hatred in people's hearts.

Information and Agitation

"Information" refers to notifications about the situation, actual circumstances, and course of events when an incident occurs. Incitement is the act of persuading others to do something. Information is often fragmented, discontinuous, and incomplete. In some cases, intentionally biased information or incorrect information may be circulated. Intentionally biased or incorrect information can lead to riots, disturbances, and even wars. Also, even if the information itself is not grossly wrong, people who are incited to use it may behave abnormally.

Conspiracies and Conspiracy Theories

A conspiracy is a secret scheme. There are people in the world who pretend to be good people while plotting bad schemes behind the scenes. Conspiracies are planned and carried out without people's knowledge. However, once a conspiracy is exposed, it ceases to be a conspiracy. The problem is that when something goes wrong in society, there are people who make a fuss about it as someone's conspiracy. So-called conspiracy theories are used to provoke social unrest by declaring certain people to be the bad guys.

Eliminating the Causes of Conflict and Unhappiness

When conflicts and conflicts intensify in society, many people become unhappy. Conflicts and people's misfortunes occur because of some cause. If we can eliminate the causes of people's conflicts and fights, and the causes of people's unhappiness, we should be able to reduce conflicts and people's unhappiness. Short-sightedly pushing the responsibility onto someone else or destroying and denying society itself will not be a fundamental solution. You need to find out the root cause and learn how to eliminate it.

the Idea of Harmony

Harmony means being friendly and friendly. The spirit of harmony is to have no strife, hostility, or hatred. The idea of harmony is to eliminate the causes of conflict and unhappiness by everyone getting along with each other and mixing various things in the right amount. The philosophy of harmony has the depth to incorporate everything without being exclusive or biased. In the philosophy of harmony, people are not persuaded to believe in one correct answer, and they respect their autonomy while accepting various ideas. With the idea of harmony at the center, people's minds and society are organized and softened.

Overcoming Worldly Desires

Worldly desires are small, fleeting thoughts and dreams. Dreaming is never a bad thing. Many people have dreams, set goals to make them come true, and work hard to reach those goals. Dreams make the world go round. Dreams can change the world for the better or for the worse. Achieving one dream does not necessarily make a person happy. Also, many people feel resentment and envy toward others when their dreams are not realized.
