The teacher who guides you in the right direction is a treasure of the manager. Don't judge anything on your own, talk to someone with good wisdom. Take care of those who point out your mistakes.

- Good Book
Management needs to read good books. Choose a book that has good prescriptions that will help you with your business. You may want to read a book that the respected and successful people recommend.

- Best Friend for Victory
Have friends who are ambitious, positive, and good rivals. Choose friends who will encourage and enhance each other. People are influenced by friends. It's good to have playmates, but if possible, it's a good idea for managers to make friends who are going to win together.

- Be Healthy
Health is the treasure of life. Make sure you manage your health so you can focus on your business. Being healthy is a requirement of a good manager.

- Difficult Staffs, Successor
Raising subordinates and successors is an important task of a manager. Your subordinates and successors are treasures that will support your future business. Let's work on teaching and training patiently, even if it's hard work.

- Claim, Stingy Customers
Treat complaints and stingy customers more than regular customers. The complaining customer will tell you what is wrong with your product, service or customer service. Stingy customers tell us the difficulties of selling goods and services. Both are treasures that allow us to practice hard to grow as a merchant.
