Atsuta Jingu is a shrine in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. It is a shrine where Kusanagi Sword that is one of three kinds of sacred treasures sits.
The three kinds of sacred treasures are treasures inherited by the emperor from generation to generation, and Atsuta Jingu Shrine can be considered as an important shrine in Japanese history, where one of them, Kusanagi Sword, is enshrined. It is a shrine that has a deep relationship with Japan's ancient hero, Yamato Takerunomikoto.
In the precincts, there are the tombs of Yang Gui Fei, an ancient Chinese beauty, and the "Nobunaga Wall" that has been dedicated by Nobunaga Oda to thank for winning in the Okehazama battle.

There is also a "Miyakishimen" restaurant and a souvenir shop.
Although free parking is usually available, traffic restrictions will be applied during the new year Hatsumode period, and parking fees in the surrounding area will also increase. The nearest station is Meitetsu Jingumae Station. We can go from subway Jingumanishi Station, Denmacho Station and JR Atsuta Station, but walk a little longer.
