Iga Hachimangu

Iga Hachimangu is a shrine in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. It is a shrine that was created by Matsudaira 4th generation Chikatada, the guardian deity of the Matsudaira family (the ancestor of the Tokugawa family), and the "God of the family".

Tokugawa family's ancestor - Matsudaira 4th generation Chikatada founded for prosperous descendants, and good luck at battlefield. Various anecdotes remain as prayer houses for Tokugawa Shoguns.
Ikuyasu Tokugawa has also been told that he has always prayed in the big battle since his first battle.
At present, it is widely revered as a god of prosperity, business development, and good luck.
It is about 800 meters east of Kitaokazaki Station on the Aichi Loop Railway, or about 10 minutes on foot. About 5 km northwest from Okazaki I.C.
