Matsudaira Toshogu is a shrine in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. It was originally a house god of the Matsudaira family, but later it came to be called Toshogu.
There is a "well of first bath" that is said to have drawn water when Tokugawa Ieyasu, who later became the Seii Taishogun and established the Tokugawa Shogunate, was born.
About 12.5 km east from Toyotashi Station, about 22 minutes by car. It is about 7 km east from Toyota Matsudaira I.C. If you use public transportation, it takes about 40 minutes by bus from Toyotashi Station, and the Matsudaira-go bus stop is the nearest.
