Shiwahiko Shrine, Shiogama Shrine

Shiwahiko Shrine, Shiogama Shrine is a shrine in Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture. It is thought that Tagajo which also doubled as the Nara Era Kokufu and Chinshufu was established in a small hill (now Tagajo City Ichikawa) which is 5 km southwest of the shrine and became its spiritual support and believed.
