Departure from Europeanism and Return to Japaneseization Theory --- Repent --- Realize Yourself

Realize Yourself

What am I? Where is the difference between the self and the non-self? What is my true self? Where do I come from and where am I going? what do I want to do Is that “what I want to do” really what I want to do? Or was it inspired by someone and made to feel like "you want to do it"? Am I one? Am I always the same? Or is it that I am not alone and that I am constantly changing?

Realize Yourself

I don't know much about myself. Strangely enough, even people who have studied psychology well and can observe and understand other people's psychology and behavioral principles can suddenly lose their comprehension when it comes to themselves. Observing yourself may not be easy for you.
Observe yourself. Be aware of yourself.
When you become aware of yourself, your thoughts and actions will change. As you learn more about yourself, your relationships with other people and the way you live in society will change.
There are several ways to become aware of yourself. Here are some quick tips to help you find yourself.

What you eat: What kind of food do you eat? How long have you been eating it? Who made your food? why are you eating it? Because it's delicious? Or because someone told you it was good for your health? Do you really believe that continuing to eat such things is good for your health?

Educational background and social status: What is your educational background and what is your social status? Do your educational background and social status make you proud? Or do you have a complex? If you just lost your education and social status, could you continue to be yourself? Or do you lose sight of yourself if you don't cling to your academic background or social status?

Pre-Birth and Childhood: Where were you before you were born? Did you hear what your family was like when you were in your mother's womb? What was your home environment like when you were a child? How did your relationship with your father and mother when you were a child, or with your siblings, relatives, and friends influence you now?

What do people think of you: What do people think of you? Do you think about how your actions, words, and attitudes will affect the people around you? Do you spend your days paying attention to the feelings of the people around you?

Look at yourself from a slightly higher place: Let's imagine. Your mind has slipped out of your body and rises to a slightly higher place. Then, observe yourself from a slightly higher place. what kind of person are you Are you a nice person? Or are you sloppy?

Take it easy and have some quiet time. Then observe yourself. By observing carefully, there may be times when you realize that you are completely different from what you thought you were. Perhaps the realization there will be the first step towards a new life.
