Shirakami Mountains
JR Juni-ko Station is the nearest station to the Juni-ko Trekking Course. There is beautiful blue pond in the Shirakami mountains in Juni-ko, and there are many tourists visiting only to see this blue pond.

It is called "Yusan do" because it is somewhat severer than the boardwalk and not as severe as to say the mountain trail.
Tsugaru
Tohoku Shizen Hodo (Nature Trail) is a natural sidewalk which is a familiar natural area, a scenic spot, a historical site and so on.
Hakkodasan
There are Hakkoda Gord Line (30 minutes course, and 60 minutes course), Kenashi paradise line (about 2 hours 30 minutes) or Mt. Otake climbing course (about 4 hours) aiming at the summit peak.
Bonjusan
Hundreds of plants are gathered, and as a hiking course overlooking Mt. Hakkoda, Iwakiyama, Mutsu Bay and Tsugaru plain, it is a great recreation area.
