The water of Lake Chuzenji is a magnificent waterfall that falls at a dash of 97 meters high at a stretch and you can enjoy both the magnificence created by nature and the splendid form of beauty.
We are exhibiting the changing Oya stone mining figure through the handworking era and the current tools that became mechanized.
It is said that the valley was dammed by the lava by the eruption of Mt. Nantai about 20,000 years ago about 25 km around and the maximum water depth 163 m, and the original shape was made.
Ryuokyo is located between Kawaharu Hot Springs and Kinugawa Onsen Hot Springs and is a park where you can explore the beautiful valley of the Kinugawa River.
