Itamuro Onsen is a hot spring in Nasushiobara city, Tochigi prefecture. Since 1952, the Environment Agency has designated it as a "nursing resort hot spring area".
The rich natural green landscape of the Itamuro valley such as the fresh green and autumn leaves is protected, and it is used mainly as medical treatment and recuperation as a simple bathroom.
