Departure from Europeanism and Return to Japaneseization Theory --- Return to Japaneseization --- Breathing

Breathing

Breathing means exhaling and inhaling. Breathing is generally said to bring oxygen into the body and expel carbon dioxide. Oxygen is taken in to oxidize organic matter in the body to extract energy, and carbon dioxide is discharged to prevent the occurrence of disturbance of consciousness due to its accumulation. Breathing is not only essential for sustaining life, but is also an extremely important life activity that affects nerves, immunity, the state of consciousness, thinking ability, and physical ability.

Breathing

Breathing has a lot to do with health. If you're sitting indoors all day at a desk or working at a computer, you'll end up hunching over and breathing shallowly. Once in a while, stretch your posture and take a deep breath to protect your lungs and airway.
When the rhythm of breathing is disturbed, it is said that the mind is easily disturbed. To calm yourself down, start with your breathing. When your breathing rhythm is in order, your brain waves will be in order and your mind will be calm.
Indoor closed rooms, roads with heavy traffic, and densely packed industrial areas tend to pollute the air, making it difficult to breathe. Let's breathe natural air firmly by ventilating, planting plants, or going to the forest.
There are many different breathing techniques for health. Depending on how you breathe, the autonomic nervous system works differently, so breathing methods are a must for those who want to live a healthy life.
Breathing also affects children's learning and physical development. Even in school education, isn't it necessary to teach children about breathing properly over time? It is not good for the future of children if children become hunched over long lectures and develop the habit of shallow breathing. By all means, let's teach and raise good breathing from childhood.
Knowing the functions and roles of the respiratory system, correcting posture, regulating breathing, protecting the lungs and throat, cherishing the air and greenery, and learning how to breathe for health are important for people to be healthy. It is important to live a better life. Focus more on your breathing and take care of your mental and physical health.
