Departure from Europeanism and Return to Japaneseization Theory --- Return to Japaneseization --- Thoughtfulness
Compassion is to keep one's heart bright and sunny, to think and measure others, and to pity them with a warm and tender feeling. To have a compassionate heart, you must first remove the cloudiness in your own heart and make it bright and sunny. Only with a bright and sunny feeling can you notice the hearts of others. By being bright, sunny, warm and kind, you can care for people.
Humans are social creatures. The purpose of creating a society is to help and support each other within that society. If everyone in society thinks that they are selfish and only cares about themselves, society will become cold and dark. If people act according to their own desires, there will be no mutual help and support, and a good society will not be created.
In order to make society better, it is important that the people who make up that society come to have a heart that is considerate of others rather than being selfish. In order to increase the number of people with compassion, we need to create a social system in which people with a sense of compassion can play an active role, be promoted, and be happy. In a society where compassionate people are happier and selfish people are more unhappy, people will come to realize that in order to be happy, one must have a compassionate heart.
In order to have a compassionate heart, we must first remove the 'selfish' cloud in our minds. You can't notice other people's hearts without wiping off the cloudiness in your own heart.
