A Japanese life is a peaceful, beautiful and well-organized life. It is a clean and gentle daily life that skillfully utilizes nature. In a space and time of harmony, we can continue to strive to purify our hearts and self-improvement while revering the gods and buddhas. “Wa no Guidance” refers to instruction in which various ideas are mixed. In Japanese teaching, multiple experienced people guide each other based on various ideas. Having multiple different coaches with different experiences, different knowledge, and different ideas creates many options. The person being instructed chooses the best and most suitable option from the variety of different instructions, or decides on his/her own to think anew and decide the path to follow.
Harmonious management refers to strict management while being friendly, considerate, and friendly. In management of harmony, control is done so gently that people do not realize that they are being controlled, and processing is done strictly and satisfactorily. Management is neither strict nor loose. It's just that people naturally want to be managed, and that management makes things work in harmony with nature.
Harmonious education means education that emphasizes diversity, autonomy, and cooperativeness. Japanese education respects acceptance of different cultures, absorption of various ideas, and independent learning. We also teach and encourage each other to move forward. Politics of harmony is politics in which people cooperate, worship the gods, respect nature, cherish the seasons, and enrich each other's hearts. People who are selfish and possessive, people who criticize and hinder others, people who lie and deceive others for their own benefit, and people who are recklessly aggressive are not compatible with Japanese politics. I can't live without it. What is important in Japanese politics is to keep one's heart pure, to develop, to progress, and to work together.
Compassion is to keep one's heart bright and sunny, to think and measure others, and to pity them with a warm and tender feeling. To have a compassionate heart, you must first remove the cloudiness in your own heart and make it bright and sunny. Only with a bright and sunny feeling can you notice the hearts of others. By being bright, sunny, warm and kind, you can care for people.
Altruism means saving people's hearts by giving them merits. Having an altruistic heart is to save people's hearts, not just to give alms. If the person receiving the charity takes it for granted, boasts about it to others, or asks for more charity, it may be better not to give charity. Because then the heart of the person who received the alms would not be saved.

At the same time, when you start a business, you probably want to bring about some kind of new change in society and take on challenges that have never existed before.
A public employee is a person who engages in public affairs such as a country or a public entity. Public service is work that supports public services provided by the country or public organizations. Public services are important in society, and they are required to be provided correctly, efficiently, and effectively to those who need them when they need them. The timely, effective, correct, and efficient delivery of public services depends on public servants doing their jobs properly.
To be free of prejudices, assumptions, and selfish thoughts, we need to open our own mind's eyes. Whether a person has sensibility or not is often evaluated by the person's ability to express themselves.
