Departure from Europeanism and Return to Japaneseization Theory --- Return to Japaneseization --- Japanese Management
Harmonious management refers to strict management while being friendly, considerate, and friendly. In management of harmony, control is done so gently that people do not realize that they are being controlled, and processing is done strictly and satisfactorily. Management is neither strict nor loose. It's just that people naturally want to be managed, and that management makes things work in harmony with nature.
Management is the administration and handling of people, organizations, property, etc. The purpose of management is to maintain, develop, or effectively utilize the objects of management, such as people, organizations, and property.
Managers are expected to be considerate of the objects they manage. In order to develop a managed object better and make effective use of it, consideration for the managed object is essential. And the manager must be able to attract people by that very kindness and be overwhelmingly trusted by the person or organization being managed, or by the owner of the property he manages.
It is only with consideration that we can manage gently and strictly. In order not to spoil the objects of management, but rather to develop them and fully demonstrate their abilities, it is important to manage them in a gentle, caring, and strict and satisfying manner.
