Departure from Europeanism and Return to Japaneseization Theory --- Return to Japaneseization --- Civil Servant

Civil Servant

A public employee is a person who engages in public affairs such as a country or a public entity. Public service is work that supports public services provided by the country or public organizations. Public services are important in society, and they are required to be provided correctly, efficiently, and effectively to those who need them when they need them. The timely, effective, correct, and efficient delivery of public services depends on public servants doing their jobs properly.

Civil Servant

In order for public services to be provided in a timely, effective, correct, and efficient manner, civil servants must approach their work based on the following ideas.
Good timing: Guess what timing people who want to receive public services will need, research them, and then make sure that public services are provided at the most suitable timing. Never decide the timing of providing public services only for the convenience of organizations such as the country and public organizations and their own civil servants.
Effectively: Measure the cost-effectiveness of all public services, set goals, and strive to improve. Focus on reviewing public services that are not effective or that have not been improved.
Correctly: Create a business process that does not cause work mistakes, oversights, individual variations, or fraud. Clear management points for each task. Keep records so that anyone can check whether public services have been delivered correctly.
Without waste: Claims incurred when providing public services, rework due to work mistakes, and costs due to services that were not provided despite being prepared in large quantities should be recorded as "abnormal costs". "Costs due to abnormalities" shall be managed in all public services, and the causes, countermeasures, and preventive methods shall be investigated and improved.
Depending on how public servants work, the ease of living in the country and society, the tax burden, etc. will greatly differ. In order to build a better country and society, it is important to create and improve the work environment for public servants.
